Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst for a full‑time, remote‑nationwide position in the United States. The role offers a salary range of $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually and requires ability to obtain a federal clearance.

You will assist senior analysts with organizational studies, workflow reviews, and DOE program operations, while helping design procedures and guidance materials for CMEI program offices and Technical Assistance activities.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/DOE Q clearance.
• Experience with federal programs, preferably DOE or energy agencies.
• Familiarity with grants, cooperative agreements, or Technical Assistance processes.
• Understanding of basic concepts related to energy technologies or energy efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with states, Tribes, local governments, nonprofits, or universities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in organizational studies, workflow reviews, and DOE program evaluations.
• Help design and document administrative systems, procedures, and work processes.
• Support work simplification and measurement studies under supervision from senior team members.
• Contribute to development of operations manuals and guidance materials for CMEI program offices and TA recipients.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for planning, coordination, and oversight of Technical Assistance activities.
• Assist with ensuring transparency, compliance, and accessibility across DOE TA engagements.
• Prepare summaries, reports, draft documentation, and analytical inputs for senior review.
