Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to conduct organizational assessments and improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communication for stakeholder engagement across states, Tribes, local governments, institutions, and private-sector partners.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with federal systems (STRIPES, FAST, PAGE, PMC) as required by TA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations across DOE program offices and partner entities receiving Technical Assistance.
• Design and improve administrative systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Perform work ‑ simplification and measurement studies to streamline internal processes.
• Prepare operations manuals, procedures documents, workflows, and guidance tailored to CMEI programs and TA recipients.
• Support planning, oversight, and administration of TA in alignment with the PWS, BPA terms, and federal advisory and assistance service requirements.
• Ensure transparency, accessibility, and adherence to DOE, CMEI, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to DOE’s multi ‑ office coordination efforts, providing subject ‑ matter insight to strengthen TA outcomes over multi ‑ year program cycles.
