Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Junior Mergers & Acquisitions Associate for a remote position with a national law firm. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of law firm M&A experience, including drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, financing agreements, and other transaction documents.

Experience with entity formation and structuring, LLC/shareholders/partnership agreements, and employee incentive plans is preferred. Government contractor exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a law firm working on M&A transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, financing agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Assisting in due diligence and closings.
• Experience with entity formation and structuring, drafting and amending LLC, shareholders, partnership, and employee incentive plans.
