The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 2–3 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm.
• Meaningful experience with mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Experience conducting due diligence and drafting acquisition-related documentation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
