Job summary

BluFin Group is seeking a Junior Loan Closer for a full-time remote role operating on PST hours (9a–5p). You will support the end-to-end closing process for term and bridge loans, coordinating with brokers, borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure conditions are met before funding.

The position emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, timely communication, and efficient closings, with an annual salary range of $50,000–$55,000 and opportunities within a nationwide broker network.

Qualifications

• Experience with loans and closing processes and checklists.
• Ability to coordinate disbursements and verify closing conditions.
• Strong customer service, communication, and broker/borrower responsiveness.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wholesale/commercial lending is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with loan management software.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end closing for term and bridge loans.
• Prepare closing documentation and coordinate with brokers, borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Track key dates and milestones; maintain detailed records in internal systems.
• Provide timely service to stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
