Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation, a private real estate lender, seeks a Loan Originator in Florida to source, vet, foster, and close bridge loan deals for Fix & Flip and Ground Up projects. You will build relationships with borrowers and builders in a fast-paced market.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of bridge loan experience, an established book, and strong communication. The role offers 150k–250k USD yearly with base plus commission and remote/office flexibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans with a $3M+ monthly self-sourced pipeline.
• Established book of business and proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers.
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from perspective borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
