Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation is seeking a Loan Originator to source, vet, foster, and close relationships for bridge loan programs in the residential real estate space. Ideal candidates have bridge financing experience and established borrower networks, with strong communication and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 per year (base + commission).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans with a minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3M.
• Established book of business.
• Excel, Word and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers.
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from perspective borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Meet with new and existing prospects.
• Help develop and execute business plans with market and competitor analysis.
