Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to join the Workers' Compensation Team. This remote role covers sites across Florida, performing scheduling, court filings, and administrative support for hearings and mediations.

The ideal candidate will handle calendars, communications with clients and counsel, and administrative tasks while contributing to a busy, supportive legal team that values work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or junior legal assistant
• Experience in a remote work environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks and communications

Responsibilities

• Maintain attorney calendars and schedules
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Coordinate with judges, opposing counsel, clients, and mediators
• Execute E-Filing via E-Portal, E-Courtesy, and E-Service
• Bill clients and ensure billing requirements are met
• Draft correspondence to adjusters, clients, mediators, and judges
• Meet deadlines and calendar important dates
• Support paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks
