Kelley Kronenberg is expanding its Workers’ Compensation Defense practice and seeking an Associate Attorney with real independence to manage a full caseload. This fully remote role welcomes applicants anywhere in Florida, under the guidance of an experienced Partner.

You will sharpen litigation skills, build client relationships, and advance cases from intake to resolution in a supportive, growth‑oriented firm environment.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor and active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years practicing as an attorney.
• Strong legal writing, sound judgment, and client relationship skills.
• Comfort with a fully virtual practice and meeting deadlines without in-office supervision.
• Ability to translate complex medical records into persuasive legal arguments.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defense caseload from intake to final disposition in a remote setting.
• Contribute to litigation strategy with senior attorneys.
• Review medical records to support liability defenses and strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses to advance matters.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, carriers, and employers.
