Moonland is a growing digital agency delivering no-code Airtable solutions and integrations for impact-focused clients. We seek a Junior Implementation Specialist to support delivery, build Airtable bases, and provide first-line client support.

The role offers growth into broader implementation duties within a collaborative, purpose-driven team. As a remote-friendly position based in Ghent, candidates should be fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year work experience in any field.
• Strong interest in digital tools, no-code, and process improvement; Airtable experience is a plus; learning agility essential.
• Enjoy solving problems and improving user experience, with attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Reliability and ownership: you follow through, keep stakeholders informed, and take pride in quality.
• You currently reside in Belgium.
• Fluent professional communication in English and Dutch, and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and pre-sales (implementation assistance).
• Assist in building and refining Airtable bases: data structure, views, interfaces, permissions, and basic automations.
• Prepare and maintain demo and template assets (reusable components, demo scenarios, clean example data).
• Support consultants with project tasks: workshop preparation, follow-up documentation, requirement notes, and rollout materials.
• Help with testing and go-live readiness: test data, checklists, UAT support, bug tracking, and final QA.
• Provide first-line support via a ticketing system: triage, troubleshooting, clear communication, and follow-up until resolution.
