Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in IT operations, service desk or admin roles.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory users, groups, and devices.
• Foundational IAM concepts: MFA, SSO, least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra admin center and app registrations.
• Able to troubleshoot, document findings, and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM systems including Entra, AD, AD-LDS, and ADFS.
• Provision, modify, and deprovision service principals and apps.
• Review API permissions with least-privilege in mind.
• Assist with governance and integration decisions for IAM.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and AD account lockouts.
• Document requests, incidents, and resolutions per procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering and security teams.
