Job summary

BRMi is hiring a Junior IT Administrator in a remote-friendly role based in the United States. You will support identity and access management across the organization, working with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, AD-LDS, and ADFS to ensure secure authentication and governance.

You will handle routine IAM requests, troubleshoot authentication issues, review application integrations, and assist with identity governance activities. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT operations, technical support, or sysadmin roles.
• Working knowledge of AD concepts, authentication fundamentals, and IAM basics.
• Familiarity with Entra, ADFS, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, and least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM systems including Entra, AD, AD-LDS, and ADFS.
• Handle IAM service requests and troubleshoot authentication issues.
• Review application integration for IAM governance and least-privilege enforcement.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering/security teams as needed.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions per procedures.
