Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to support IAM operations, focusing on Microsoft Entra, AD, AD-LDS, and ADFS to ensure secure authentication and identity management across the organization. In this entry-level role you will handle service requests, assist with application integration reviews, provision and deprovision identities, and work with security teams to enforce least-privilege access.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT field.
• 1–3 years in IT operations or related role.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and IAM concepts.
• Familiarity with Entra, SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access.
• Experience with PowerShell and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM systems including Entra, AD, AD-LDS, and ADFS.
• Provision and deprovision service principals and enterprise apps.
• Review application integration and provisioning methods (SCIM, Just-In-Time).
• Troubleshoot authentication failures and account lockouts.
• Assist with identity governance and access reviews.
• Support security teams and application owners in IAM requests.
