Job summary

Mosaic Consulting Group, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a remote Jr. HRO Consultant to join our growth-focused team.

You’ll serve as the main client contact, using UKG Pro to deliver ongoing HR solutions and tailor support to each business. As part of a culture recognized for excellence, you’ll build relationships, partner with internal teams, and pursue HRIS knowledge and certifications while contributing to a flexible, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to HRIS systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work.

Responsibilities

• Understand UKG Pro and use it to serve client needs.
• Provide consultative approach, building trust and commitment with clients.
• Build relationships and advise on best UKG usage for clients.
• Collaborate internally to support client needs across service types.
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision: Guide, Anticipate, Exceed.
