Job summary

HealthBay seeks a Junior Graphics Designer to join on a full-time contract, creating visual content and supporting branding across digital and print media.

You will develop concepts, apply brand guidelines, collaborate with senior designers, and manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality assets on schedule.

A Bachelor's in graphic design and 1–2 years' experience with Adobe CC are preferred; proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visuals.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions per project needs.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders on projects.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
• Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and assets.
• Support multiple projects with deadlines and competing priorities.
• Develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, presentations, ads, and social media.
