Job summary

Fliff is seeking a junior finance controller to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a fast‑growing, multinational team based in the United States. You will assist monthly close, prepare financial statements, and help build models and forecasts.

You'll work with cross‑functional partners to ensure data accuracy, analyze trends, and support tax filings and audits while developing your accounting know‑how in a collaborative, remote‑friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounting, finance or auditing.
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Excel proficiency with financial modeling and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reporting.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts and report variances.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts with data gathering.
• Analyze key metrics such as profitability, revenue growth, and cash flow.
• Help prepare tax returns, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data accuracy and improve processes.
