Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by start date.
• US citizenship, reside in the U.S., and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence in Agile settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the full digital software development cycle, including requirements, research, design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and delivery of user-facing systems.
• Gather requirements by interviewing stakeholders, reviewing documents, distributing questionnaires, analyzing business processes, and outlining use cases.
• Document requirements using BDD, user stories, acceptance criteria, UML diagrams, and user guides.
• Maintain requirements traceability and monitor status throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to establish system requirements.
• Facilitate meetings to gather, document, refine, and prioritize requirements and drive user feedback.
• Document UX discussions and break down requirements into user stories in the issue log system.
• Conduct diverse testing activities by defining test scenarios and documenting results.
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and researchers within an Agile framework.
• Provide recommendations to improve internal processes with potential solutions.
• Support the Scrum Master as needed.
