Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for the Centralized Operations, Analytics and Technology (COAT) group to support the Sightline platform. You will work with product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams. This is a 10-week, full-time internship starting in June and ending in August.

Hybrid from Reston, VA or remote within the US (preferably Chicago area). Pay is $23/hour.

Qualifications

30 completed college-level credit hours required (preferably in IS, Engineering, CS, Business, Math).
US citizen or legal work status; work must be performed in the U.S. per contract.
Exposure to business analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, or PM through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with gathering, clarifying, and documenting business, data, and system requirements under guidance.
Create and update user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and notes in Jira.
Participate in stakeholder and technical meetings; capture decisions and action items.
