ICF is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for the COAT group to learn how business needs translate into clear requirements and organized work for technical teams. • By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required in relevant fields.
• U.S. citizenship, residence in the U.S., and work authorization are required.
• Exposure to Agile software development and basic programming concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, clarifying, and documenting business, data, and system requirements under guidance.
• Help create and update user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and notes in Jira.
• Participate in stakeholder and technical team meetings; capture decisions and action items.
