Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage and expand partner relationships across the travel sector. This remote position welcomes candidates from specified regions and emphasizes building client engagement, delivering product presentations, and supporting payments and training across platforms.

You will collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities, provide market insights, and ensure timely communication with partners.

Qualifications

1+ year in account or customer management for B2B travel
Understanding of regional travel markets and B2B networks
Fluent Polish and English; additional languages advantageous
Up to 10% travel may be required
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Proactive, ambitious, team-oriented, comfortable with fast-changing tech

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners to increase engagement.
Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities and address partner needs.
Provide system training and improve partners' understanding of platforms.
Represent and promote the client's brand at travel industry events.
Advise on incidents and coordinate timely support and resolution.
Oversee payment processes and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Prepare reports using CRM and internal systems with insights on activity and market trends.
