Job summary

Auction Edge Inc is seeking a Jr Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team as a full-time remote employee. You will manage assigned auctions, coordinate training, and support senior team members on complex accounts as needed.

The role focuses on building client partnerships through proactive outreach and data-driven insights. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitate issue resolution, and contribute to customer success by leveraging our suite of products and services across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience in auctions or consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication to build client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple auctions and cross-functional teams
• Experience with auction management systems
• Travel up to 30% as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned auction customers on all products, systems, and services offered by Auction Edge, including issue resolution
• Advise customers and analyze solutions, including third-party products integrated with Auction Edge
• Promote strong communication between Auction Edge and auctions to improve satisfaction
• Monitor and manage support requests for prompt resolution
• Document account activity and provide visibility to a cohesive customer experience
• Lead monthly scorecard reviews with auction leadership
• Provide product feedback to inform lifecycle and improvements
• Assist Accounting with invoicing or collections communications as needed
• Develop relationships with auction staff and educate clients on new products and services
• Share best practices to improve auction performance and Edge sales
• Coordinate with Install/Training to support implementation of Edge services
