Job summary

WorkMotion is hiring a Junior Account Executive for the UK & Ireland market. This remote, full-time role operates within CET time and offers a starting €40,000 OTE (60% base / 40% bonus), depending on location, skills and experience.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding, partner with BDRs to build pipeline, and present WorkMotion’s flexible workforce solutions to potential clients across borders.

Qualifications

• BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or target-driven roles.
• Proven discovery skills to uncover needs and drive deals.
• Ability to win by advising with substance and closing with confidence.
• comfortable with CRM tools and keeping data up to date.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for UK & Ireland from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Uncover prospects' needs and drive deals with urgency and confidence.
• Collaborate with BDRs to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
• Present and position HR tech and compliance-focused solutions to decision-makers.
