Job summary

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of litigation, client engagement, trauma-informed, and culturally humble practices.
- Systems knowledge of child welfare funding structures and finance reform proposals.
- Collaborative skills to work with all stakeholders in the child protection system.
- Certifications & networks in child welfare law are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal consultation to judicial systems to reduce the number of children in foster care.
- Influence leadership in courts, attorneys, and court administration on safe-reduction practices.
- Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration among courts, child welfare, and site teams.
- Develop legal practice projects, budgets, and measures of impact.
