Job summary

CYFD is seeking a Clear Path Consultant to support expedited case resolution and ensure safety-focused decision making. The role mentors supervisors, guides case staffing, and ensures high-quality, family-centered services within the FACTS/IMPACT system.

Travel and on-call work may be required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have two years of relevant experience, with the option to substitute education for experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional level experience with tactical impact related to the position.
• Six years total education/experience may substitute for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Fast-track cases toward closure and ensure timely resolutions.
• Consult with investigators and review safety assessments for case viability.
• Mentor supervisors and assist in employee oversight and development.
• Provide case staffing guidance via the call center.
• Review investigations that meet Clear Path criteria and ensure proper documentation.
