Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Juvenile Justice System Enhancement Strategy (JJSES) Consultant to support statewide reform and improve outcomes for youth. This role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practices, and partnering with leaders to strengthen communities.

Qualifications

• One year as a Program Analyst 1 ( Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with committees to create tools, guides, policies, and training resources that support JJSES goals
• Develop and deliver training sessions and learning materials that strengthen evidence-based practices across counties
• Support counties by assessing readiness, building implementation plans, and providing direct technical guidance
• Assist counties in the consistent use of CTS, MAYSI-2, and PaDRAI screening and assessment tools
• Contribute to tracking milestones, analyzing results, and preparing progress updates
• Promote long-term use of continuous quality improvement processes that strengthen fidelity and local practice
