Qualifications

Entry-level role with 1+ years of full-time professional experience preferred.
Interest in travel planning and growth into a travel specialist.
Strong customer service mindset aligned with hospitality.
Highly organized with attention to detail and meeting milestones.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing itineraries and refining trip content.
Support supplier outreach, quotes, and contract tracking.
Help manage pricing, deposits, and payment links.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across trip materials and systems.
Maintain Salesforce records related to trip setup and performance tracking.
Support sales and promotional initiatives with product information.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Membership teams for alignment on messaging.
