Aisles & Abroad is seeking an Entry-Level Remote Travel Assistant to join our growing travel team. This remote role offers training to help you learn research, booking, and client communication as you support planning getaways across cruises, hotels, and vacation packages.

You’ll work from anywhere in the U.S. and gain hands-on experience in supplier communications, bookings, and client updates while developing essential travel industry skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
