Job summary

Celerity in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers and drive day-to-day project execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in a Project Coordinator/PMO/analyst role, preferably in tech delivery.

Responsibilities

• Jira/Confluence administration: set up projects, boards, workflows, fields, and permissions.
• Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence; ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards from Jira for stakeholders.
• Coordinate project scheduling, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Track action items, owners, and timelines; support dependency management.
• Onboard new users to tools and processes; support change management and UAT.
