ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is hiring a Jira Administrator, responsible for managing Jira Cloud configurations and implementing advanced automation solutions. The role requires extensive experience in scripting, toolchain integration, and multi-team environments.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of AI-driven workflow automation. This remote position requires availability in the Mountain Time zone.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Cloud preferred.
• Deep expertise in workflow configuration, schemes, and permissions.
• Strong scripting experience in Groovy, Python, or similar.
• Experience with toolchain integrations (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD systems).
• Proven ability to manage multi-team / multi-org Jira environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Jira Cloud configurations and workflows.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows aligned to business processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts using ScriptRunner and REST APIs.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows and decision agents within Jira.
