Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• Over 15 years as a business systems analyst supporting finance systems.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of system implementation lifecycles and change management processes.
• Familiarity with SOX and data privacy standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance & Procurement teams to identify operational needs and address system inefficiencies.
• Document and evaluate Finance processes in conjunction with JD Edwards (JDE) systems.
• Collect and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical documentation and specifications.
• Assist in the design of solutions, including data mapping and system integrations.
• Coordinate and oversee system testing, addressing any related issues.
• Address service requests and incidents in collaboration with the business, meeting defined SLAs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective system solutions.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and SOX compliance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training for Finance & Procurement systems.
• Serve as an advisor to other analysts and developers.
