Job summary

Cascade Designs in Reno, NV invites an experienced Senior ERP Systems Analyst to lead the design, deployment, and support of our Oracle JD Edwards ERP suite. You will collaborate with IT applications, infrastructure, and end users to ensure systems run smoothly across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with SSRS/Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards ERP
• Ability to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level
• Knowledge of EDI order processing
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools like SSRS or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Lead the support and delivery of Oracle JD Edwards ERP platform
• Serve as the primary IT contact for JDE issues and requests; troubleshoot and resolve production issues using SQL
• Assist with ERP initiatives including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
• Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve problems
• Coordinate with EDI team on transaction testing and onboarding of partners
• Support mobile applications enabling shipping, receiving, and manufacturing workflows
• Work with development to support integrations between JDE and other systems
• Develop reports using SSRS and Power BI
• Manage change control for testing, validation, and production releases
• Partner with IT leadership to execute strategic objectives
• Develop knowledgebase documentation for critical processes and systems
