Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks a seasoned JDE Business Systems Analyst to optimize Finance and Procurement processes, map data, and define functional requirements for JDE integration.

You will collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams, document controls, and ensure SOX compliance while supporting system testing and training. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance systems analytics, a strong JDE background, and experience in the construction/engineering sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• Over 15 years as a business systems analyst supporting finance systems.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SOX and data privacy standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance & Procurement teams to identify operational needs and address system inefficiencies.
• Document and evaluate Finance processes in conjunction with JDE systems.
• Collect and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical documentation and specifications.
• Assist in the design of solutions, including data mapping and system integrations.
• Coordinate and oversee system testing, addressing any related issues.
• Address service requests & incidents in collaboration with the business, meeting defined SLAs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effective system solutions.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and SOX compliance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training for Finance & Procurement systems.
• Serve as an advisor to other analysts and developers.
