Job summary

Maximus seeks an Application SME + Trainer to provide expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. Responsibilities include sustainment engineering, updating documentation, integration work, and developing an online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level use.

This remote role requires TS/SCI clearance; travel 10–20% may be needed. The position is contingent on contract award and position availability, with a salary range of $100,000–$130,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expert in the JCC2-R and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission training environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the JCC2-R application and training support.
• Develop and deliver direct training and instruction for JCC2 personnel.
• Review and modify online training suites; create original online curriculum as needed.
• Ensure operator-level and instructor-level curriculum is included in training.
• Support documentation upskilling and updates for JCC2-R documents.
• Train third-party Field Application Engineering contractors and sustainment teams.
