Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role includes developing and delivering training, maintaining and creating online curricula, and ensuring operator- and instructor-level content. Remote work is available with TS/SCI clearance requirements.

The position is contingent upon contract award, with travel up to 10-20% and a DoD-focused training environment. Competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the relevant functional area.
Subject matter expert in the JCC2-R application and related workflows.
Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator- and instructor-level audiences.
Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel.
Supports review and modification of online training suites for JCC2-R; creates original online curriculum as needed.
Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum.
Provides instructor training to enable students to deliver operator-level training themselves.
