Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role involves sustainment engineering, documentation updates, integration work, and developing an online curriculum for operator and instructor levels.

This remote position requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and may require travel up to 20%. The candidate will deliver direct training, review online training suites, and tailor materials for DoD

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expert in JCC2-R and related workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.
• Ability to create online curriculum for operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting DoD mission application training environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required.
• Role may require travel to a site 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel.
