Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject-matter expertise and comprehensive training support for the JCC2-R application. This remote role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and may involve travel (10–20%).

You will develop and deliver direct training, support sustainment engineering, and update or create online curricula for operator- and instructor-level audiences, including documentation updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application and sustainment engineering.
• Develop and update documentation for JCC2-R; maintain and create online curriculum.
• Deliver direct training to personnel and training contractors; instructor training for operator and instructor audiences.
• Review and modify online training suites as needed, and create new curricula as required.
• Coordinate travel as needed (10–20%); support integration work and contractor training delivery.
