You will collaborate with Sales and Creative teams, deliver clear, actionable presentations, and translate customer feedback into product insights in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Japanese and English at a professional level.
• Experience creating content end-to-end.
• Experience with Japanese enterprises preferred.
• Passion for experimentation in content creation and workflows.
• Comfort using creative tools (Adobe, DaVinci) and understanding market landscape.
• Able to present complex information clearly to customers.
• Adaptable to fast-changing environments.
• Excitement about AI and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Push Runway models with custom workflows and pipelines.
• Create content and lead demos for enterprise prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to train enterprise customers.
• Highlight use cases and workflows for enterprise orgs.
• Serve as day-to-day product expert for pre/post-sales conversations.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights and liaise with internal teams.
