Job summary

Maximus is seeking an ITSM Entitlement Analyst to support enterprise software licensing across desktop environments within a federal contracting context. You will coordinate publishers, track entitlements, and help ensure compliance and optimization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, program management, and technical teams, with a focus on governance, audit readiness, and delivering contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT asset management, software licensing, or enterprise IT support.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with multiple software publishers/vendors.
• Proven ability to track, manage, and reconcile large volumes of software entitlements.
• Hands-on licensing SME experience including renewals and optimization.
• Experience supporting IT procurement activities and onboarding publishers.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvements in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationships with 30+ commercial software publishers for enterprise license operations.
• Track and maintain compliance for 400+ software entitlements and renewals.
• Provide licensing SME guidance on onboarding publishers and validating compliance.
• Support procurement and onboarding of new managed publishers with requirements analysis.
• Produce contract deliverables, reports, and artifacts for IT operations.
• Analyze business processes related to SAM and licensing and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with technical, procurement, and program management teams to align activities with contract objectives.
