Job summary

KBR is seeking a Change Control Specialist to manage ITSM change processes across enterprise systems and TRMC test infrastructure. This fully remote role requires strong governance and cross-functional coordination with Service Desk and incident teams.

You'll administer change workflows in ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, chair CAB meetings, track RFCs, and ensure audit-ready documentation in line with DoD standards. U.S. clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of dedicated ITSM experience with Change/Change Management.
• Hands-on IT service desk, ticket triage, and incident lifecycle management.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Change Management & CMDB configuration.

Responsibilities

• Govern change across enterprise IT systems and test infrastructure.
• Chair CAB/ECAB meetings and manage RFC lifecycle and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and Incident Management to align changes with tickets.
