Job summary

KBR is seeking a Change Control Specialist to direct ITSM change governance across enterprise systems and TRMC test infrastructure. This fully remote role coordinates RFCs, risk reviews, FSC, and post-implementation reviews.

You will work with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, align Service Desk and incident teams, and develop SOPs and KB articles. A U.S. Secret clearance and CONUS residency are required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance at time of hire.
• 5+ years in ITSM with Change Control/Management focus.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow Change Management and Jira Service Management.
• DoD IT environments, DISA STIGs, and NIST controls familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct ITSM change governance and CAB/CAB meetings across regions.
• Review RFCs for risk, dependencies, rollback plans, and validation.
• Maintain FSC and PIRs; coordinate post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate cross-platform ticket linkages between Jira and ServiceNow.
