Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon, a leading imaging and technology brand. This fully remote role is based in Greece with a relocation package available.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of Italian, both written and spoken, and high level of English.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport is required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation package offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions.
• Provide general customer support and contribute to customer satisfaction.
