Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Customer Advisor for a remote role based in Greece. You will support a global client base, answering in Italian via phone, email, and chat, and keep CRM records accurate.

The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Italian speaker with customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote team. A comprehensive relocation package to Greece is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions with professionalism.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
• Contribute to team goals and the overall success of the customer support operations.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and service standards.
