Mercier Consultancy is recruiting a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon, a world-leading imaging and technology brand. This is a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation assistance for successful candidates.

You will handle Czech-speaking customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide general support. You will receive comprehensive training and development to excel in a dynamic, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Czech language level must be C1/C2, written and spoken.
• Native language and nationality should be listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport is required.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers.
• Assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions.
• Provide general customer support and guidance.
• Participate in training and ongoing development.
