Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development targeting ITAD clients such as large IT infrastructures, data centers, and government agencies.
• Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the ITAD process.
• Apply consultative selling to tailor data security, compliance, and value recovery solutions.
• Promote the full range of ITAD services including secure data destruction, remarketing, logistics, and recycling.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and contracts aligned with client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and provide regular forecasts to leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and seek opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute new ideas to accelerate growth at this expanding company.
