Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC is seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth from our Tempe, AZ headquarters. This full-cycle, net-new role requires identifying and qualifying accounts and owning ITAD opportunities from initial outreach to close.

You will partner with Enterprise Data Center Business Development and join a growing Inside Sales team, with start expected in early November 2026. On-site role with travel up to 20% and strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with net-new business development and proven outbound prospecting.
• Full-cycle ownership from first outreach to close on transactional or mid-market deals.
• Working knowledge of IT hardware and ITAD processes, data security, e-waste regulations, and remarketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to handle high activity and build rapport.
• Proficiency with CRM software is required; familiarity with Dynamics, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to build a pipeline of new accounts.
• Qualify, quote, negotiate, and close ITAD opportunities end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Field Sales on strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Account management for smaller and mid-market accounts as they grow.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals with accurate CRM records.
