Appsierra Group seeks an IT Support Specialist Expert to author and evaluate realistic troubleshooting scenarios for AI systems in professional IT support. You will draw on hands-on experience to create scenarios from initial user contact to resolution, and develop reference answers with diagnostic reasoning.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support in enterprise environments, with AD, M365, and MDM experience, plus strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional IT support experience.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and MDM tools.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent written English documentation.
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Author realistic IT support scenarios covering full troubleshooting.
Create reference answers explaining the diagnostic reasoning behind each step.
Evaluate AI-generated support responses for accuracy and safety.
Identify incorrect steps and potentially harmful recommendations.
Assess issues across hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and networks.
Document findings clearly with justified approaches.
