Job summary

AAA Life Insurance Company seeks a Project Analyst on the Technology Team to drive enterprise transformation initiatives. You will translate strategy into execution, delivering measurable outcomes and value realization across IT programs.

This high-visibility role requires collaboration with initiative leads, Finance, and Centers of Excellence to provide executive-ready reporting, manage risks, and support governance across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project reporting, PMO, financial analysis, or technology program support.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting IT projects or transformation initiatives in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• 3–5 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 3–5 years of experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience tracking IT financials, including resource costs, vendor spend, and infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on IT project performance, including spend, forecast costs, delivery milestones, and KPI progress.
• Monitor financial performance across IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgets and expected value realization.
• Consolidate updates into executive-ready reporting for SteerCo, Tech Leadership, and COE.
• Identify, analyze, and elevate delivery risks, dependencies, and performance gaps.
• Prepare standardized metrics reports and dashboards for governance and decision-making.
• Partner with Finance to validate financial data and costs.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting across the IT portfolio.
