You will oversee training program development, ensure timely, professional support, and maintain comprehensive documentation and workflows, with a strong focus on HIPAA compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years IT operations experience.
• HIPAA training or credential is required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT applications and data integrity.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating priorities, including remote employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
