Job summary

Gundersen Health Systemis seeking an Information Technology Training and Optimization Manager to lead end-user education and optimize enterprise IT usage. This role focuses on delivering effective training, improving technology adoption, and guiding a team of instructional designers.

You will partner with ITDS, clinicians, and vendors to identify skill gaps, drive data-driven improvements, and align training with strategic goals while managing budgets and evolving your program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–4 years of education/experience.
• 3–4 years adult education or training experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse leaders.
• Experience with process and quality improvement.
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Instructional Designers to develop training programs.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing team.
• Stay abreast of IT trends and training methodologies.
• Identify skill gaps through needs assessments and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with departments and vendors to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Champion innovation in learning methodologies and tools.
• Ensure strategic priorities guide training investments and resource use.
• Track and report on KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction.
