Job summary

Imedview, Inc. is seeking a Manager of IT and Technology Solutions to lead daily IT operations, drive technology delivery, and manage integrations and system upgrades. Reporting to the CTO, you will coordinate with engineering, operations, and business development to translate strategy into actionable plans.

You will oversee security controls, risk management, and training programs while guiding a growing IT team in a hybrid remote setting near Saugerties, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with tier 2/3 escalation.
• 3+ years in desktop/laptop setup and peripherals.
• 2+ years in server administration and backup/restore operations.
• 2+ years in SaaS platforms including M365 admin.
• 2+ years vendor management and SOC 2 readiness.
• 2+ years leading IT staff and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, and continuous IT improvements.
• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles and stakeholder comms.
• Oversee daily IT operations, support services, and asset mgmt.
• Supervise IT staff, coaching, training, and performance.
• Maintain IT documentation and end-user training programs.
• Support cybersecurity, risk mgmt, compliance, and audits (SOC 2/HIPAA).
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
